Enchantment extractor

its something that can be crafted with like obsidian and diamond. or can even be found but its extremely rare. it will work just like a grind stone but instead of removing an enchantment and never seeing it again, with the enchantment extractor you will be able get any enchantment that was on the tool into an enchanting book. of course you will need a book for this process thats why there should be 2 output slots so you will get the weapon back and all the enchantments in an enchanted book.

    Another idea to add to this is a one-time use item that is required in the extraction process. This would be a late-game item that can be found in the deep dark and perhaps end-cities. This item could have other uses as well. This would make the extractor ways less op.
