'Water Protection' Enchantment

Lots of times when I'm exploring the ocean in Minecraft, I often ignore mobs underwater due to how dangerous going underwater can be (Slow movement, Trident Drowned, etc). We have Fire Protection, but a new enchantment that could encourage underwater combat could be named 'Water Protection.' Whilst underwater, this enchantment could be used on any piece of armor to give the user extra protection while under water. 

Extra suggestions for this enchantment can also include;

- Increased damage in fire when wearing this enchantment.

- A build-up to maximum protection based on level (Being under water for 1 second brings the protection up to its amount on level 1, being under for 2 seconds brings the protection up to level two, etc)

    Anyone saying they found a "water protection" book is likely using the origins mod.
