Rework how banners are put onto shields

Currently in Minecraft, creating a cool looking banner then putting it onto your shield DOES NOT WORK.

 

Why does it not work? The proportion of certain banner patterns when compared to others do not match up. For example, when using the creeper head banner pattern on a shield, it is scaled to be smaller for a shield. However the ball pattern is the exact same size on a shield as a banner. This leads to issues of banners being completely messed up since some patterns aren't sized for shields while others are.

How to fix: Naturally, Mojang will come up with a solution themselves that they see fit for this issue. Regardless of that, here are some ways I think banners should be placed on shields:

- Instead of scaling down all the patterns, just make the actual banner smaller. It's extremely simple, you just scale down the ENTIRE banner instead of each individual pattern like the game currently does it

- Fix each banner pattern to make it fit the size of a shield

- Remove the gray border on shields to make the shield look like the entire banner.

  That only creates more problems down the line, all the banner shields people made previously wouldn't look the same anymore. The only solution is to just let people use shields with looms and cauldrons like regular banners, that would make it so you can preview your shield banners as you create them, eliminating the part of "Hoping for it to turn out correct"
