Shears mine carpet faster

Shears can break wool blocks faster than breaking by hand. If carpets are made by wool, why shears do not affect the mining speed? We need to change this. It's not a game changing one, but still, giving more uses to shears.

completely agree. decided to test my new efficiency 5 shears in a woodland mansion, and was absolutely disgusted and baffled and heartbroken when i saw the rate at which i was breaking the red and white carpet. come on mojang bros
