Make Lapiz Renewable

Lapiz Lazuli should be farmable as a mob drop.

Either Illusioners would drop them or Vindicators should, because I think there is some lore with them and Lapiz Lazuli so I think one of these 2 options would make sense.

    Use Cleric Villagers, they sell Lapis

    I support making every block farmable. 

    And blue has so few block options, that it is annoying that we can't make good farms for most of them.
