Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Make stone bricks generate moss over time

If the stone bricks were to generate moss overt time it does two things. First, it gives people who like the pristine look a reason to re-visit their old buildings as a level of up-keep. Second, it makes people who don't think they're good at building, like me, natural charm over time.

 

For people who like to build really tall buildings, either make it only generate near the base of a structure or just remind them scaffold exists.

    Cool idea but I don’t think it should be added because it would ruin builds.

    I disagree, and I think this behavior should ONLY happen to bricks that are placed next to Moss blocks, or if you're using bonemeal on moss next to bricks or cobblestone.

    When you're a prolific builder in charge of a full server, you have better things to do than "upkeep" and cleaning moss.
    Plus, you wouldn't be able to remove the moss on bricks like you can remove vines growing too long. You'd have to break the blocks, and in case of ceiling blocks, that'd also require breaking things hanging from it...
    The game doesn't need annoying features to be added.
