Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Puddle Jumper enchantment for boots

This would make a reason for rain by giving you a bit of jump boost in the rain if you have puddle jumper on your boots.

    Also, they could give a single jump on water before allowing you to sink/swim like normal. This would allow for crossing small rivers and puddles to escape attackers.
