Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Magnet block

My idea is that there should be an ore called magnetite and they spawn at the same rate as gold or maybe less. If you put them closer than 6 (just a guess) blocks away they will pull each other closer and meet in the middle...UNLESS you add this- to make a magnet block smelt magnetite ore them fill the crafting table up with 9 magnetite ingots to make a magnet block then make another one then put them in the same crafting table together to make another magnet block but with a stronger pull or push. Now about the push and pull segment- put a lever on the block and flick it and it will change the charge...you will be able to break the lever off and it will stay on whatever you left it on. And about the stronger pulse if you put them together from 6 blocks away the stronger block will attract or push the other one instead of meeting in the middle.

    Interesting idea. One thing is that they should attract iron stuff dropped on the ground. (Armor, standard rails, ingots, etc.)

    Or just anything that has iron in the crafting recipe
