"Color" block state for leaves

I propose a new block state for leaf blocks, an integer "color" block state. This would not specify a color code, but rather it would select from a color pallet specified in a custom biome's json file.

I would like this feature so I can create custom biomes like autumn forest where each tree has its own color and the color is separate from the grass color.

    Or the ability to dye leaves any colour, or use dye on a sapling to grow that tree with the coloured leaves (used like bonemeal)
