"Pagdali" axe and sword enchantment

The enchantment would be used to speed up the cooldown after you strike an enemy. For java it wil work on axes and swords and for bedrock edition it's only used on swords.

    It's a good idea, but I think having it in english would be a better idea. After putting it in google translate, I got three results: Hurry, Haste, and Rush. Personally, I think Rush is the best for this.

    This would be cool! But I think instead of an enchantment, the Strength potion effect should speed up the cool-down.
