Piglins prison

In my opinion, this update will make people kinder.
How does this update work?
Imagine that Steve kills villagers (or cats, or pandas, or dolphins).
But when he dies, he will have a 10-50% chance of being in the piglin prison in Nether. From 40% to 60% of items from his inventory will not fall out, but will be with him in Nether.
A map leading to the portal will be hidden in the prison cell.
When Steve escapes from Nether, the portal will explode.
The prison can be in a bastion, and guarded by Piglins. Or somewhere else.
