Where's the love for Chestplates & Leggings?

It'd be logical if...

Depth Strider were on leggings, & Aqua Affinity were on chestplates.

(IRL) Unless y'all swim with your legs static &/or use telekinesis in your day-to-day life....

  Kind of reminds me of Nintendo favoring the Mii Gunner in Smash Bros.

  Why don't they give the other Miis awesome skins?
