Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Block Of Fluorite and Fluorite Ore

Here is a very cool block, that will have the ability to glow in the dark!

  • In the light, it could have a boring, brownish colour. On the other hand, when you go into deep, dark caves, it will be a beautiful blue colour! 
  • Fluorite ore will spawn from 5-10 blocks away from sea/lakes. They will be from 31-41 blocks under sea level. When mined, they can drop from 1-3 pieces of fluorite. If your pickaxe is enchanted with fortune, it can drop up to five pieces of fluorite! Fluorite can be only mined by an iron pickaxe or better.
  • Flourite could also be crafted into tools and armour. As it glows in the dark, it would help you see incoming mobs or anything else you are doing! 
  • As it glows, mobs may not be as attracted to you. But that doesn't mean they won't stop coming so watch out!
