Totem of Undying Giving Water Breathing

If you die due to drowning, the undying totem does not save you, this can easily be fixed if Totem of Undying gives you water breathing for 45 seconds (reasonable, consistent, not exploitable). This could have a drown-death-check or just be always given.

    This would be a great addition. It is so so rare to find and it needs some other special buffs

    Maybe instead of being an effect that it always gives you, the totem could give you different effects based on how you die
