Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Smelting netherite to get netherite scrap

So i had an idea of that piglins would always most of time give u unstackable netherite hoes and u cant get rid except for despawning it. But i had an idea that u can smelt netherite gear to netherite scrap. As it turning ingot is to op then. But the only way to smelt it is with a blast furnace.

    Why not instead have like a 5% chance that if netherite items are smelted then you get netherite nugget that after 9 equal a scrap and then you can work towards a netherite ingot

    I think it should be better, if developers add netherite nuggets (9 nuggets = 1 ingot), but still good idea. Vote for you!

    If this was implemented, you would be able to farm netherite if you just had a ton of time and a ton of gold. I don’t think the devs want that.

    Netherite Hoe was removed from Bartering loot tables (sadly) and this would not make netherite farmable anymore
