Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Armour stands using the offhand slot

On Bedrock (not sure about Java), armour stands have arms and can hold items in their main hand, but not the offhand. This would be useful as many players store their sword or tool on an armour stand, but can't store their shield or totem of undying on it. It would also be useful for decoration, as many people use armour stands as displays in a castle or grand hall, and being able to hold a shield as well as a sword would make them look more imposing.

    came across this while googling for a 'how to' on how to place something in the offhand. Surprises me that there isn't a way to put something in in the stand's offhand, already.  I agree totally with the original post. I suppose that was evident by my vote for the feature, but didn't want you to think it was just another offhand remark... Have a great day.
