FOR THE TECHNICAL COMMUNITY
With the new ability in 1.16 to add custom dimensions into your worlds, map creators have an even more limitless ability to create their ideas in Minecraft. Many of these map creators have created and/or published many maps to their community, and with this update, these creators may want to condense their map creations into a singular world. While this is currently possible, we have to import a JSON file with X amount of void worlds, generate the new world, and modify each of the region files into a respective dimension to condense the files. And, if we are adding another dimension to this world, we would need to recreate everything as stated above. It would be much easier to create the 'dimensions' folder and sub-folders by hand, but currently there is a restriction where any new folders created as new dimensions won't appear in the game unless they are specified in the import. If I'm not bluntly missing to change a separate file, I'm sorry for posting here, but because this is relatively new feature and is subject to change all to rapidly, I figured that if this wasn't already implemented, this soon may be or there are barriers that are more difficult crossing for this implementation.
In short, I would like drag and drop dimensions into your save folder, similar to data-packs and resource-packs.
