Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Chained Rail.

This would be a new rail type crafted with the newly-added chain block in 1.16.

When placed down, it does nothing. - It has to be powered with redstone to work.

When powered, the chains will start to move. When a minecart rolls onto one of these chain rails while active, the minecart will move at a slower pace at a constant speed along the track, regardless of any slopes. - Kind of like when you are on a rollercoaster and you are linked onto the starting incline where chains pull the carts to the top of the rollercoaster.

This would be useful because it allows players to control the speeds of the minecarts within their world. - It is useful for mines because you can also make your rollercoasters even more realistic with this new rail.

    I was just making a roller coaster and thought of the same thing, using chains and rails to make a chained rail, but only needing one Redstone source to power one unbroken line of chained rails, glad to know I am not the only person that thinks this is a very valid suggestion :)
