Paralysis Potion

I think it would be cool to have a paralysis potion. It would be a useful potion mobs when you are trying to corral them, etc. Could also be a great prank to use on friends.

    A paralysis potion could temporarily disable entity movement. “Paralysis potion II” disables mob and player movement including the ability to use weapons and interact with blocks such as chest, doors, tables, etc.
