Piglins should have unique helmet textures again.

Prior to 1.16 Pre-release 3, Piglins had unique helmet textures that are designed to fit their unique head shape. However, in 1.16 Pre-release 3, the textures are removed for an unspecified reason but it is likely done to correct MC-172110.

The way it was resolved was lazy and they could have contated Jappa to create a new texture for the turtle shell that fits onto a Piglin's head instead of seeking a quick solution by removing the unique textures.

    Was playing today and noticed my custom piglin helmets weren't appearing anymore. Sucks that it's probably too late to fix now. The unique helmets allowed fun customization.
