Araucaria's Biome

The araucaria biome is typical of the southern region of Brazil, the araucarias is a huge calyx shaped trees, it can reach up 50 meter in height.  They give the pine nut,a typical food of the region, which is its seed that is found in the pinecone, that seed is ingested after being prepared over a fire.

In addition to these beautiful trees, there is also a rich diversity of animals, such as ocelots, birds and termites, animals that are or will be in the game Also  a typical animal is the capybara, the largest rodent in the world, being a great swimmer and living in groups, always a herbivorous animal that could drop skin and be passive.

I think it would be a good addition to the game as it would include lesser-known regions of the globe, helping its preservation, since minecraft has a huge reach. In addition to being a very little area known to players and it could be interesting to know more. There is some images of the araucaria's tree and its pine nuts.

    Found this post because I wanted to see if someone had already suggested pine nuts as a food item. What if this biome replaced the current old growth pine taiga? I don't remember hearing about this tree before, so I agree that Minecraft including it would help others learn about it - especially since the quick search I did confirmed that the Araucaria angustifolia is critically endangered!

    araucarias are more common in the cold climate of southern Chile and Patagonia , similar to the tundra biome but mixed with jungle, with rhea, guanacos and pumas, various types of deer, salmon and sea lions

    There should be like only some trees in some biomes, so per biome there would be a araucaria tree that stopped Pine nuts and sometimes rotten Pine nuts, also as a real Brazilian i have some experience with this type of tree.
