Nether Quartz be an alternative to Lapis Lazuli in Enchantment Table

As we all know, the Nether Update is coming. But one thing you can’t do in the Nether is find Lapis Lazuli. So you can’t enchant anything in the Nether. Well what if Enchantment Tables not only accepted Lapis Lazuli, but also Nether Quartz. That way Nether Quartz would have more of a use, and encourage people to try to find Nether Quartz more.

    Also nether quartz is almost useless except in some more advanced redstone circuits, but in a lot of demand for rapid leveling. Having a use corresponding to what it's actually used for would be so nice!
