Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Golden Potatoes

Add golden potatoes. Make them harder to make than golden carrots and have them give you some regeneration. #addgoldenpotatoes

    Why add golden potatoes when we already have golden apples? Not trying to ruin the idea, but i think you should tell us what they would do, what makes them different from other food. Not simply add another food to the game but maybe find good mechanics to it, unique mechanics even.

    In response to another person's comment, I think that Golden Potatoes would be an excellent addition as a completely useless item. You could just copy and paste the code from golden carrots and make them in an hour. It'd be funny. Not everything has to have a use as long as most things do.

    Maybe instead of regeneration you could make them do something else, like a lot of saturation like or make it a beefed up suspicious stew where it can give you any positive affect, while golden poisonous potatoes gives you any bad effect(adding a poisonous golden potato will make for some fun challenges, like trying to beat Minecraft while eating a poisonous golden potato every minute or something like that). And if they did do something like that it would completely change the "All Advancements" run.
