The Forgotten Land Biome

The forgotten land biome would be a brand new biome that would spawn in the neather.  It would be named this because there would be ruins all around inside the biome.  There would be a new mob and phantoms would spawn here naturally.  It would have a mist that limits your view to only 10 blocks when you are inside.  When you are outside the biome it would look like a wall of black mist surrounding the entire place that only goes to the roof.  The floor would be a new block and the trees would be new.  The reason you would go here would be to get the special coal that would smelt 3 times as many items in a furnace.  The real prize would be a new enchanted book called grinding that you have a very low chance of receiving from the new mob.  The mob would only drop level I books.  So to have a level III book you would need to combine the books in an anvil. This enchantment would increase the amount of XP you receive when you kill a NPC.  I would go up to level III with level I giving 10% more XP, level II giving 20% more XP, and level III giving 30% more XP.

  I really like this idea. I feel like the grinding enchantment should only give 30% more exp at level three. Maybe the new mob could be like a Nether specter or a magma golem or even Mob D. This could even lead to a new enchantment for the helmet that would allow the player to survive see further in the mist. All things considered, I really like your idea and it would be a great addition to Minecraft.
