On bedrock edition, villagers, tamed mobs, snow golems, and bees affect the global mob cap. This should be removed since stuff like if you have too many villagers in your villager trading hall, or if you have too many bees in a bee related farm, or you have too many tamed mobs, or if you have too big a slime farm, or a combination of all of them, will stop certain mobs from spawning entirely. It's already possible to get an infinite number of these types of mobs anyway, so removing them from the global mob cap wouldn’t affect these mobs, and allow for better gameplay when it comes to mob spawning. Instead there should be a separate mob cap for villagers, and another one for bees. The cap for both should be at 100. Beyond this cap, villagers won't spawn in villages and will not breed, and bees will not spawn in bees nests when a tree is grown, or one is generated while exploring. Bees, however, above this cap can still be bred. Tamed mobs and snow golems shouldn't have a cap whatsoever.
