Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Dragon Staff

The dragon staff would be a staff that you can craft using a dragon egg, two blaze rods, and two eyes of ender to be able to control and ride the ender dragon. The ender dragon would only listen to you are holding the dragon staff. You would be able to use the dragon breath and fly around in the End, Overworld, and Nether. The dragon staff would be a great edition to Minecraft.

    The dragon egg is a trophy item, so it can't be used in an item recipe. Also, the staff is a bit OP when compared to other items at the same tier of the game, such as the elytra. I'd say scrap the idea of riding on the ender dragon as the elytra already allows flight, and instead turn the staff into a magic weapon that can perform some sort of breath attack. Maybe it's a bit less cool, but I think riding the dragon is too OP and defeats the purpose of the elytra and pretty much every weapon in the game.

    Good idea, but to make the staff you would have to kill to ender dragon, therefore you can’t ride it, and you would need the dragon egg to respawn it so it’s to ride it with the staff. But it’s still a good idea!
