Most players use enderchest with shulker boxes to transport items, but what if we could access an enderchest without the need to place them on the ground and then break them with silk touch?
Late-game players could access to an ender-chestplate, combining any chestplate with an enderchest (Possibly with some other rare material, for balancing purposes).
The result would not have any additional effect other than being able to access the personal enderchest, by pressing any key (For example "V"), for 1.5 seconds, it will open the chest, pressing the key for less than the required time will result in not opening the chest, it will be able to reflect in some way in the interface how long the indicated button has been pressed (Maybe a greenish circle next to the hotbar) for mobile players this "circle" would be their access button to the enderchest.
On the aesthetic side, an ender-chestplate would produce reduced particles from a regular enderchest less regularly to avoid disturbing the player, plus a small ball in the center of the chestplate representing an ender eye from the enderchest.
The conversion would be done on the smithing table, without losing enchantments of the original piece, this is an incentive for late-game players to switch between elytra and their chestplate more frequently.
