Far away outher end civilization (End game challenge)

The player would need to embark on a new end game journey, crossing the end dimension.  Gigant alien-looking structures would aapear far away in the end, much like mansions in the overworld..To find these rare structures, maps could appear in some endcities chests.These structures would be made of the same blocks as an endcity but with enormous glass domes. In here you can find some end game items and advance new redstone components (the reason to find this structure is to find new and exclusive loot to take home and find its uses) like the eye detector, wich emits a redstone singnal when you are looking it. Also, another interesting block  that you could find in here is the powered beem canon. It would look similar to a dispenser, but when powered it would shoot a purple proyectile in an straight line. This proyectiles would deal half the damage of an arrow, but would set their targets on fire. The powered beam cannon is not a fire arm, is similar to a dispenser, but with no inventory slots because it shoots infinite proyectiles whenever is getting redstone signals. Finnaly  another interesting  block found in here could be the end respawn anchor that would work like the nether one but in the end. It would take enderpearls to recharge it.

The challenge of these places is in finding them and surviving the trip and the return home carring the newly found treasures.

Adding these structures could add a new end game challenge to the player, based on exploration

    Are there any hostile mobs in these structures?

    Undead ender mobs could wander arround this structures. They would only attack you if you mine blocks. Endermites also could spawn in here

    I like this idea. But, there is one problem. The Beam Cannon that you talk about would be extremely overpowered. It has to have its limits. Here are a few ideas for limitations you could have:

    • In order to shoot, it has to be fully powered. (Red stone block right next to it, no red stone dust or powered opaque blocks)
    • Powered up with special eyes of enter (maybe crafted with nether star?) that get worn down with durability
    • Entity being shot from cannon only travels certain distance
    • Reload speed between red stone signals
    • Must be activated by a player (right clicked)
    • Redstone pulse must be longer than one tick (observer proof)

    You can use one or more for its limitations. The End’s world border is easier to reach than most other world borders. Setting up a simple rideable flying machine can get you there in a few hours. Infinite power can get boring. A real challenge keeps new players hooked and creative.

    In order to balance the beam cannon I really think that charging it with some sort of ender item could be a good idea.  To charge it you could put eyes of ender inside it, and a visual representation in the side of the block like the one in the respawn anchor. Each eye of ender provides would provide 16 shoots, and a total of 4 eyes of ender could fit inside it.

    Each shoot has a cooldown of three seconds and depending on the level of the redstone signal the shoot could be more or less powerfull 

    To make it challenging to the player to the player to reach this end ruins a new mob could appear in this dimension to make travelling more dangerous. Maybye a neutral mob that attacks only if you are flying with elytra or when a piston is activated,  to prevent flying machines
