Icelogging Blocks

What if there was a way to make frostwalker freeze waterlogged blocks into "icelogged" blocks, and you had to break the ice before you could interact with the block? Freezing a waterlogged chest in ice would disable your ability to open the chest until the ice is gone, icelogging a trapdoor would prevent it from moving, ect.

    Icelogging fences would give a good climate to water structures in cold biomes.
