Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Quiver

Quiver: The quiver would be an object that when right-clicking opens an inventory with six spaces in which the arrows are stored. And that by turning the mouse wheel with this inventory open we can change the type of arrows that will shoot the bow or crossbow.

    This would be pointless with the infinity enchantment unless you use potion laced arrows.

    Use your off-hand slot or an infinity bow..

    Dork and Tucat have a point, however The idea of the quiver could easily be expanded via It’s own slot and a New assortment of arrows, like Combustion arrows for small explosions, and Piercing arrows to hit multiple mobs. The quiver could only be used for Potion or specialized Arrows... while the off-hand does do this, switching arrow types is rather slow, So a quiver would Help make Minecraft better, especially If we had more arrow types.

    I love this idea and get some what frustrated by the "Infinity" response.

    There are several arrows in the game that do different things. Which arrow you want might be situational. Having a quiver will allow me to equip a variety of different magical arrows to use as I need them.

    Hope they add this. Thanks for the sug.

    I like this idea, especially if you have a Bow with Mending on it, since you can't have Mending and Infinity

    One way it could run Is by add other off-hand slot at right exclusive for quiver where u could access by the right button just like its explained

    Other way is using one off-hand slot to access but maybe could be a problem with all other items players usually have already on it

    And last way is add quiver and bow on one item and by click scrolling roll access to the inventory

    Any way quiver i think is a good addition to the all battle system

    Cool idea! I think there should also be key binds to switch arrows in the quiver on a whim. Something like R+(1- 5) to change the slot of arrows and switch them quickly.

    Practically, the quiver should be used to easily and efficiently swap arrows while on the fly, so I would suggest that if you put the quiver anywhere in your inventory, and you pull out a bow and pull the string back, than your hotbar swaps to the quiver bar temporarily while you aim, now you can choose your arrows with ease and it takes up no space in your hotbar.

    Running out of arrows has never been a big problem for me, and I don't even use infinity! So the purpose of the quiver should be to control what type of arrows you are shooting.
