New soul sand valley mob

I think a mix between the dolphins and the aligator head things the evoker shoots would make a pretty cool new mob. Maybe it could also go through block like the vex but it doing like the dolphin dive instead of flying.

    Or maybe it could be a mob called the "Soul Sword" and it would spawn the same way silverfish did. It would go fairly slow but be hard to hit and do a lot of damage.
