Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bow Shoots Items

You can load items into a bow as well as items so you can shoot items to your friends working in high places.

    I feel like a bow wouldn't really be suited to this job. Maybe they could add a slingshot for this?

    Adding a slingshot would be fun, especially if you could then place the slingshot and have it interact with redstone like a high powered dropper. People would still use the dropper because most of the uses I've seen for the dropper don't exactly launch the item.

    Maybe you could place the slingshot on the dropper, and the dropper's texture would change to show that it's rigged with a slingshot, and will really launch items.

    For redstone with a lot of items going through, this device would really suck, since items get fired one at a time as entities, so anyone putting one of these on a clock is gonna kill the server. I'm not really suggesting this, but that could be avoided if the device shot entire stacks of its inventory when shot. That would make it less of a dropper and more of a catapult.

    Fun times! Could be cool.

    I've had this come up in my one friend's realm, he always forgets/ doesn't have stuff when he wants to help and I'll pearl over to drop stuff. What about a shulker you can place like an ender pearl? If I can teleport my PC with all my inventory why can't I toss a shulker box? I can shoot an explosive, colorful firework out of a crossbow but not stick a nether pearl infused shulker bolt into a block from a distance.
