Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Just considering, wouldn't be cool if you could put blocks that are just able to be broken by the player who placed it?? For vanilla servers would be good...

So I was having a similar idea.
We should have a padlock that can be placed on doors and chests to make them unusable without a key.
A player COULD theoretically just mine the door or chest anyway though...

I don't think they should be craft-able though. Just have locked doors and chests generate in Nether Fortresses, Mansions, and mob spawner rooms. That way, there's only one key for each lock.

Though I would like to see another type of lock spawn in the Nether as well.
Instead of a key, this one would spawn in Piglin Bastions and take a gold coin. It would then re-lock itself when the door or chest closes, kinda like a vending machine.
