This nether biome has the same frequency as the Jungle biome in the Overworks, making it the Nether equivalent of the Mushroom Hills. Crying Obsidian can naturally generate here, making it possible to obtain without bartering. The reason why this biome would be particularly valuable is because water can be placed in and naturally generates within it. This biome would have a muted, dark bluish-gray color scheme, with no light-emitting blocks naturally generated within it, even glowstone. It's the coolest biome in the Nether, but it's still hot enough that water steams gently, with sublimated vapor covering the biome in a subtle fog. Waterfalls would flow from near the Nether roof, terminating in the Nether's ocean, with the lava normally occupying it being replaced with ashen, grayed water (within the borders of the biome.) Fish can be caught here, but they aren't like Overworld fish: ancient coelacanths, curmudgeonly oysterfish and mighty oarfish can be caught with the fishing rod. Along with these fish, ghast jellyfish and strider tadpoles can be found swimming in the clouded waters.
This biome is basically the sunspot of the Nether: not cold, but just cold enough to make a HUGE difference.
