Dry ice biome (1.16 Nether Update)

The Dry Ice Biome would be a rare anomaly in the nether, made of white dry ice blocks that gives you damage when you walk on it, like magma block, but instead because of a frostbite effect.

Generated usually above the lava level (and if generated in the lava level, gravel would be the border to the lava), the vegetation in this land is composed of frozen berries that "freeze" your hunger bar for a little time (high saturation), frozen light blue mushrooms with white stems (useful to make potions against the frostbite damage of the dry ice block), and the bigger version of these mushrooms (that works like the nether trees), a white tree that gives you white wood.

"Snow" particles would fall like the particles in the basalt deltas.

    the particles should form clouds and not swirl as much, love your idea

    A mob to fit this Idea would be The Frostbiter this is just a place holder name and It could be some kind of Ice Lizard that would attack you if you are "cold". This mob should probably be small 1 block high and  two blocks longs and would be pretty weak in damge and heath. Also ice makes this mob warm because its blood. I really Love this suggestion I really want this in the game.

    The 1.16 update is already released and I have no idea where is the dry ice biome
