Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Provide the option to make books larger!

I typed the Bible into minecraft and now I have to sift through 200 books if I want to find the passage that I'm looking for. (Type, "I just typed the entire bible into minecraft" in google for proof.)

Wouldn't it be great if we could combine books into one? Maybe Have certain dividers and diverse ways to organize books? A hyperlinked table of contents? An option for sacred book binding? This would also be useful for people interested in role play.

I'm aware of the hardware limitations that this might bring up, but it would be similar to the amplified world type; as in you are warned about how demanding this particular option is and if your hardware is limited then you should stray away from this, but that's not a problem for me (so it would seem).

Also a mc resource demanding copying mechanic, it shouldn't just cost 3 pieces of paper and one leather to copy the Bible, but it should perhaps need to be copied using a type of book which is 200 books combined into one larger book that would then become the copy..

Also consider the Library that was built to bypass censorship in authoritarian countries. We can get 1984 by George Orwell into minecraft.

Considering the infinite dimension update, that got me thinking; what if this complete Bible was tossed into the nether portal and it creates a portal to the aether? That's religious so a mod?

I just ask that you all consider the possibilities in the idea that I've set forth in this proposed 'Literature Update'.

    This is perfect. And man, I'm impressed by your work--typing the entire Bible into Minecraft. I gave up on Genesis 2:9. That's how far I got.

    But about the Bible leading to the Aether: the Aether is a pagan concept that should never be mixed with the Bible. Just so that you know. Look it up. Everything's based off pagan mythology.

    But, it would be epic if it lead to a Heaven-like dimension. Similar to the Aether, but more Biblically accurate. And I don't know about you, but I'd like to see some of those "Biblically Accurate Angels" up there.

    Now, seeing that you have a YT channel going on there, maybe I can interest you in fixing a current crisis.

    Satanic influences are being noticed in Minecraft and MCD. And these are supposed to be child-friendly. Maybe you could talk about the real worth of souls for teens & kids alike who might be playing MCD and saying "so it's good to sell souls for money?" Your videos could keep a lot of vulnerable kids away from the soul content and related things presented in Minecraft.
