Minecraft dungeons prevents you from getting rid of soul-infused items that gradually fill up your inventory unless you "salvage" them, exchanging them for emeralds... I.e. you sell them... In other words Minecraft dungeons eventually becomes unplayable at higher difficulties unless you sell items with souls in them such as the soul robe which in the description is literally woven partially with people's souls into it... Minecraft dungeons are thus demonically forcing people to "sell souls" in order to complete the game. pony island anyone? This Is a problem, I don't think that a game that is for children should force you to "sell souls" in order to progress past a certain Point. I as an adult find the whole "souls'' aspect of the game disturbing, And at the very least there should be a mode, or way to play the game without selling "soul" infused items. This is the kind of stuff that makes christian watch groups look justified when they say "rpgs a satanic" A bunch of people I know already find this really offensive. Minecraft is supposed to be a game for all ages, and this offends my religion and I don't want to expose my future kids to this...this kind of depiction in media showing video game mechanics that force children to "sell souls" could be potentially grounds for a lawsuit on account of morally corrupting youth, and/or exposing them to offensive content. I don't know why esrb only rated the game 10+ but I assume it’s because of the kind of people who work at esrb.
