In real life, honey is different depending on the type of flower used. So in Minecraft it can be the same.
if you use a bottle in a hive or nest that has its 5 levels of honey made with one type of flower (like dandelion), you will get the honey from that flower (like dandelion honey bottle).
if at least 1 of the 5 levels of honey is made with another flower, you will obtain normal Honey bottle.
Using a dispenser will only give you normal honey, to have the special honeys you must do it manually.
Each honey will remove poison and other negative effect (this depends of the type of honey).
hives that spawned full will give normal honey
For example: Dandelion removes hunger, allium removes mining fatigue, Wither rose removes wither, etc.
Each honey will also give different points of saturation and hunger, and will take different times to eat.
I think it could be goot to the game because it makes it more realistic and gives more value to honey and bees.
