Bleeding (Java)

When a non-undead mob or a player is shot with an arrow or trident or any long range projectile that stays in the mob's body, a player could pull it out by right clicking with an empty hand on it or clicking on it in the inventory, and until they do so they would lose half a heart every 3 seconds.

(note: This is not adding blood, as in the bodily fluid, but rather a potion-like affect gained by being stuck with projectile weapons.)

    Why not bedrock?  Do you hate people just for playing on a phone?  You're too biased.
