Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Netherite Items should be smelted into a Netherite Scrap, with the scrap acting as a nugget.

How would this make netherite farmable? Ingots are made of 9 nuggets, and each piece of netherite gear contains 1 ingot. So if you smelt the gear, and get 1 nugget, you only have 1/9 of the original value. Therefore, you lose 88.88% of the ingot, due to the 1:9 ratio.

This would not make netherite farmable. Copper could also be thrown into the mix.

Maybe netherite nuggets can be used to "plate" tools - combine an iron sword with 0-5 netherite nuggets, depening on how much you plate it, the axe's durability and damage will increase - each nugget will increase the durability by 60%, and damage by 0.25 hearts.

Actually being able to smelt netherite tools and armor into nuggets would be totally appropriate. The same would be the case for netherite horse armor and netherite nautilus armor.

Furthermore, I'd love to see more recipes involving netherite nuggets. Like maybe being able to upgrade the shears, fishing rod, flint and steel, and brush with a netherite nugget.
