Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Clear Glass creates invisible Beacon Beam

As the title says, with the ability to change the Beacon Beams color by placing stained glass inside the beam, it would only make sense to also be able to make it invisible/see through by using clear glass. This would allow people to hide their beacons, and also make it possible to seamingly regulate the Beams height, by placing the block mid-air.

    I think opaque volcanic glass (obsidian) would be a better choice.

    But I do want to be able to hide my beacons.
