Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Buoyant Block, Hydraulics in Minecraft!

Create a block that when placed over/next to water source will float or be pushed by running water. Could be used to create elevators and other redstone contraptions. Could be a square iron pontoon or wool/leather bladder full of air that pushes other blocks in the direction water pushes it much like a piston but it extend beyond 1 block.

    Pumice, Pumice is a rock that floats  in water due to air pockets

    I like the pumice stone idea :). What if it can be placed on water.
