(Nether Biome, New mob, new potion) The Crying Sea

The Crying Sea would be a new Biome in the Nether, the crying sea would consist of flat lands covered in crying obsidian, the sky would be grey and foggy. Crying Obsidian would allow the player to plant mushrooms on them and have them grow in numerous numbers similarly to how melons and pumpkins work. A new mob would also spawn here, a "NetherMander," an amphibious creature similar to a salamander, would live here, it's skin colour would allow it to blend into the crying obsidian, it attacks upon being woken up, the "NetherMander" would then drop "NetherMander lungs" the lungs once put into a brewing stand then create "Healing Water" the water can be used for consumption, which gives the player 3 hearts per bottle, and the "Healing Water" may also be used for any other potion recipe.

    first of all, crying obsidian is supposed to be a rare block obtained when bartering with piglins.  Second, the islands need to made of  another material, not just crying obsidian.  Maybe regular obsidian, gravel, and nylium
