To create a Crying Netherite Block you will need to place a Netherite Block next to a Crying Obsidian. Wait a few seconds, and then you have your very own Crying Netherite Block. Crying Netherite Blocks can also spread to other Netherite Blocks so don't place it near your builds. Also you can go back to the Overworld and place 1 near a sponge and then you have a Rusted Netherite Block. Both Crying and Rusted Netherite Blocks can be mined and turned into their very own ingots. Crying Netherite Ingots can also be turned into buckets which when right clicking Crying Obsidian or Crying Netherite Blocks will convert it back to its regular form but will fill the bucket with Amethyst tears (liquid) which will become a Block of Amethyst when placed near water (similar to how obsidian is formed). Amethyst Blocks can be converted back to 9 amethyst (gem) which can make armor and tools that are better than diamond but worse than netherite.
