Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Crying obsidian should turn into glowing obsidian once it's "activated"

Assuming crying obsidian is used as a spawn point, I think it would be great if you re-added another block called glowing obsidian. I have a few ideas for the texture. It would be more consistent if the purple streaks turned red, and it had red particles that floated upwards instead of dripping, but I think the classic texture holds up very nicely, so maybe an updated version of that would be nice as well.

    Maybe it should turn into glowing obsidian when its in a place that is an invalid spawn area like the overworld or in lava
