New mob: Imp

The Nether update has added new mobs that go along with the new biomes. However, the old Nether waste biome needs some love! I propose a new mob: The imp. It is a small flying creature (about the size of the bee). It flies around and shoots flaming projectiles (it will make the nether wastes slightly more dangerous due to having both ghasts and imps shooting projectiles). They don't need their own special drops. They could use an existing drop or be like bats and have no drop.

    So what you want is a red vex that fights like a blaze and does not despawn? That, actually isn't as bad an Idea as it sounds.

    I say it should be half the size of a ghast and drop red scales that you can use to make fire proof armour

    You should make dimand bats in caves that are as rare as diamonds but they drop diamond dust and a certain amount of diamond dust can craft a diamond

    I like this but they need to drop something new. What about a small percentage of them spawn with a netherite trident? That they have a small chance to drop upon death? Also, Since we can upgrade our other gear with netherite, why not a trident as well.

    I think this is a great idea. I also think there should be a variant that is black and grey kinda like the wither, and this variant instead of flies it teleports around the player every 10 or more seconds.

    Perhaps this creature could be more like a baby blaze, spawning in some sort of cocoon structure, dropping

    (like what AzureSign352361 said) blaze powder. Shooting tiny fire projectiles whilst being cute/terrifying.

    Dude that literally just sounds like the Imp from Terraria, it has so many similarities

    - Spawns in hell

    - Shoots fireballs out of its mouth

    - Its small

    - It flies

    We need a new mob know as the cyclops lives in both desert and caves when it is defeated it will drop 64irons,64,gold,64diamond and 64 netherite and another one is the jungle hunter he is male and hunts only chicken cows and players when it is defeated it will drop 6 sticks and a random sword and beef and raw chicken that's it

    Sounds a bit like phantoms eh? Antagonizing the player wherever they go but be like bats and have no drop? Would be too annoying. Nether is already really dangerous. Shouldn’t make it worse than it already is

    what if it is a peskier mob?
    no fireball, but it has the ability to STEAL the item you have in your hands and fly away with them.

    The nether wastes biome already has a good amount of mobs, piglins, zombified piglins, ghasts. I think that warped forest is in more need of a new mob, since all they have are endermen, which aren't even unique to them.

    And the nether wastes are frankly boring, so I don't really care about them having enough things. I think the only reason they even exist still is so that the nether isn't completely different from its pre-update self.
