A new dimension for early/mid game play, one of floating islands and beauty. This is where many new fruit trees, floral trees, plants and flowers will spawn naturally. Hence The Garden. The grass would be similar to the plains biome but a deeper, lusher, green and a new type of soil called infused soil. (This could be where cherry blossom trees are.) The plants and flowers would be something out of a fairy-tail imagination, with new crazy growing patterns and shapes, I found similar ideas in the Fruitopia biome and Ascendace post but this is a bit different. All plants can only grow on infused soil so you must use a silk touch shovel to take anything back to the Overworld with you. Mobs would be few and far between if not completely nonexistent. It would have a sun cycle but bed cant be placed down and you wont be able to set spawn there. That would be the price for an peaceful land. Waterfalls would be flowing off some of the floating islands down into a blue/white void with same color partials peacefully floating up toward you. This dimension is the opposite of the Nether. The name could be different, maybe just Eden or The Garden. That's my idea in a nutshell. A place of beauty and abundance.
