Fix your support system please!

Please for the love of everything, get a better support team! How can you run such an incredibly popular game, yet have such slow support? It's obvious you have the money to pay for a bigger support team to take care of requests. There's no reason to have such long wait times when you're this popular. In any other industry, let alone any other gaming company, this would be absolutely intolerable. 

 

For an organization this big, I would expect wait times of maybe a few weeks to be acceptable, but seeing how others wait sometimes 3+ months to get support requests fulfilled? And sometimes even longer than that? I've been waiting almost 2 months for a simple issue that most others would get fixed fairly quickly. Y'all really need to get your stuff together.

  I've been waiting for ages and got a response clearly from a script which didn't help with the problem whatsoever. They are useless

  This is true. I've been waiting for almost 4 months now, its ridiculous and shameful that even free products and services have better customer support than this. I guess all they care about is their margins and not their reputation or community.

   

  edit: not to mention that their twitter support just links you back to their ticket page... thanks twitter support for linking me to the page i just told you wasnt working.

  you don't care about us weekend players. we join every week and when there are issues, eg disconnection issues, you let us go without any feedback

  please fix things - i am sick to death of playing for 1-5 minutes at a time. it is killing me slowly

  I don't care about how long it takes for the post to be accepted, as long as it is accepted and gets put on top of recent activity and new posts as soon as it is accepted. However, I follow all the rules, so it makes no sense why some of my posts are deleted or rejected. I can't even edit posts because of this. The real problem is that the team just does a bad job. One feedback manager may like your post so they accept it, but if you need to correct your post’s spelling, another feedback manager might not like it and decide to delete it. We can’t have feedback managers deleting posts just because they don’t like it. Our posts should not be deleted just because of biased opinions. And if there is a slight problem with the post, that should not be a problem either.

  when I want to play only with other it is that I need support when I didn't ready did the support
