Please for the love of everything, get a better support team! How can you run such an incredibly popular game, yet have such slow support? It's obvious you have the money to pay for a bigger support team to take care of requests. There's no reason to have such long wait times when you're this popular. In any other industry, let alone any other gaming company, this would be absolutely intolerable.
For an organization this big, I would expect wait times of maybe a few weeks to be acceptable, but seeing how others wait sometimes 3+ months to get support requests fulfilled? And sometimes even longer than that? I've been waiting almost 2 months for a simple issue that most others would get fixed fairly quickly. Y'all really need to get your stuff together.
