Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Raw Francium

A mineral found as an ore, can be made into a block, and explodes instantly when it comes in contact with any liquid. Is very expensive, can trade with villagers for lots of loot. Comes in vines of a maximum of two, if you are within five blocks of the ore, you start to receive damage, and you are instantly effected with nausea. The only way for you to be safe, is to have a piece of armor that is enchanted with radiation protection.

    If francium is added, uranium and plutonium may be added. Perhaps these minerals are incredibly valuable fuel sources (150+ blocks smelted), but need to be mined with lead, and are very rare. These ores then must be smelted into condensed versions. Radiation may be a status effect that can effect air around these blocks when these blocks are placed. Uranium and plutonium could be used for 'super TNT' that blow up double, and then triple the amount of normal TNT.

    Us science minds definitely need more things like this. We need more machines, power sources, automation, equipment, and the ability to mess around in labs. Biology, Radiology, (xenobiology for nether and end if they can make it seem more alien), etc... Love the idea.
